EMOTIONAL/PHYSICAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING
Maha Energy flow and realignment is a results-focused, healing system.
It works with the body’s natural drive for balance, helping you to let go of emotional experiences from your past that hold you back, enabling you to move forward in a positive way, with renewed hope and self confidence.
During the session, the therapist guides the flow of energy within your body focusing on gently releasing emotional blocks at your own pace. At first, you will feel a deep relaxation and a sense of "lightness". You will discover the healing powers of your own body through breathing techniques and specific exercises, which you may do at home, giving you the tools to harness your own energies and health.
This is a gentle but powerful healing session. Most individuals begin to see concrete results within a few weeks depending on the severity of the problems.
Practice of this healing method can:
Calm the nervous system helping to lower blood pressure, strengthen the immune system, stimulate blood circulation, improve breathing, release emotional/physical blockages throughout the body, promote a sense of inner peace and joy.
The Process:
We usually recommend to begin with a commitment of 4 or 5 sessions once a week. This helps to provide a continuity of the healing process giving your body the ability to react and readjust to the treatment. How to proceed then, differs with each individual (once a week, twice a month...)
The patient lies on the healing table (wearing comfortable clothes) and the practitioner begins to apply hands on the solar plexus center to evaluate. Depending on what is needed, the session usually continues with applied energy on different centers/points of the body in order to balance and re-align.
Towards the end of the session there may be a verbal sharing of the experience.
